I need to open a business account just because I have a business cheque I need cashed and need a business account to do so. I filed bankruptcy this year and I know they go by credit score. I’m in Canada are there any banks that will open a basic business bank account without a credit check or regardless of credit?

I live in the US, and work for a bank. We allow small business owners to open accounts based on whether or not they have bounced checks (or owe other banks money) in the past…. not their credit score. NOW, if you were wanting a bank loan, they we would look at your credit… but not to open an account.

Situation:
I am an independent contractor who recently incorporated, I now bill clients through my cooperation name and checks are made out to my Cooperation. From there the plan is to then pay myself from that account. This is only for myself, there are no additional employees I am dealing with.
Question:
I am looking for a VERY simple no-fee business account, my personal bank account is through PC bank. Beautiful services and no BS fees. I am looking for exactly that but for business, unfortunately PC does not do business accounts. Looking at the other banks I am finding a fee-less account impossible to find? At maximum I would be depositing 4x a month and “paying myself” withdrawing 2x a month. I would hate to have to pay $ x/month just because these big banks have an oligopoly in Canada.
