I live in wilmington delaware and noone here knows how to get my business registered so I can get an account to deposit what I get paid.

Go to your city or county business license department. You can file your business as a d/b/a, or “doing business as” sole proprietor company, meaning your own the business solely yourself. It shouldn’t cost you more than $ 20-$ 50 to file.
Once you have this, then you can open up a business account.
Actually, after looking at the City of Wilmington’s fee schedule, it does cost much more than $ 20-$ 50. Ouch!
